Last weekend Rockler had an open house and tool demo with several drawings for prizes. I got a call this afternoon that I had won one of the prizes. I won the 4 piece surefoot aluminium bar clamp set. I had given up on winning since they hadn't called the afternoon of the drawing. The set comes wit two 24" and two 48" clamps. I hope they work for cutting board glue ups like my parallel clamps do. I was looking at buying some shorter clamps because the 52" Bessy clamps are a little big for clamping up small projects.http://www.rockler.com/product.cfm?page=26859

Geez, not to put a damper on your winning (CONGRATULATIONS!!!!)  but they would have been alot nicer if they'd given you 4 of each instead of 2 (over under, over under)

 

Maybe they'll trade for some 24" besseys?

Dragon I've learned never look a gift horse in the mouth, sometimes they bite. I would like to have the 24" version but I'm very thankfull to have won anything at all.

 

In the past I've won things that usually have strings attached and I sometimes get the e-mails from Nigeria or Uganda telling me that I've got a chance for millions if I'll only do this or that. I get a lot of those free vacations to exotic places from telemarketers if I'll only sit for 8 hours and listen to some sales pitch, and I very calmly explain that I'm interested but at the moment my house is surrounded by ATF agents and could they please call me back in 1 hour, they never call back!

LOL, I gotta remember that one!!!!!!!
