April 5, 201115 yr Well, Gang, it's done. The Model Home Project is now complete and here are some final images of the Project. It certainly was a lot of fun designing the tools, re-sizing the plans and the actual modeling of the many small parts of the Model Home. I wish to thanks all of your for riding along and especially all of your kind comments. Tomorrow, I'll start posting images of the Model Shop. If you thought the Model Home stuff was small and detailed, wit till you see the shop! Larry    Â

April 6, 201115 yr Good morning Larry,Great looking layout including the double wide garage door. Now are you going to make the roof section for the entire house in such a manner that it can be removed for a better view of the inside with all of those various items that should not be permanently covered.Thank you for your patience in the making of this structure. It can be used as a learning tool for any new comer woodworker.
April 7, 201115 yr Yeah, I'm over at the electrical supply store picking up spools of wire and boxes and coaxial cable, Cat5 cable, outlets, switches, Deck spots, high hats and daylight flourescents for shop. And then it's over to the supply house for tons of PVC and some primer and glue!! Got the windows ordered from Anderson along with a few skylights with electric shades in them. (He's gonna flip when he sees the bill for those!!) and I got the automatic garage door opener. I've got alot of work ahead of me!!! Â
