April 7, 201115 yr Today we will see some images of the south west corner of the shop.  The first image is a rather blurry model of my drill press.   The second image shows a lot. The white panel on the left is my 4' x 8' tool peg board. The overhead cabinets; the drill press; the 12" disc sander; and yes, the infamous "garbage can" where all the junk goes.   The third image shows "further out" shot that now includes the shelves on the left side that holds lumber and finishing materials.   Tomorrow will be a big day!  I'll have many images of my 14" JET Bandsaw that might surprise you.  Larry
April 9, 201115 yr Wow! The lathe is really awesome. The trash can is a nice touch. Maybe you could make a model of the New Yankee Workshop?

April 11, 201115 yr Larry,You never cease to amaize me with your talents in scale model things that you complete and now after you completed your work shop how about a Carnival set up with a ferris wheel, merry go round, bumper cars, tilt a whirl and so on? Now that would be something to post or place down town for everyone to admire. Don't forget the people.
April 17, 201115 yr Good Morning Larry,How about after you finish your scale model shop that you think county fair and make a scale model of all of the various things and activities at the county fair. Now that would be something. Harness racing in front of the grand stand. Then the tractor pull and so on. Then to the rides of various thrill seeking adventures not counting the shows of all of the animals in 4-H such as the rabbit show, the chicken judging, the cattle show, Etc. I am sure you get the picture, then when it is fair time in your area you could display it for all to enjoy.
April 17, 201115 yr That is the video that is playing on the New Yankee site right now or this week. Norm builds a scale model of the shop. He could have gotten some good tips from Larry on putting the tools in his model.Bobby Hagstrom said:Wow!
