April 8, 201115 yr I just received a wonderful package from Robert Downs! He built seven displays using the plans I put up over at Military Challenge Coin Display Build. They are beautiful Robert! And God Bless ya! So far I have 20 displays to ship off including this latest shipment from Robert. Our first shipment is going to the Wounded Warrior Project Rep Megan Bunce for Walter Reed Army Medical Center. There she will distribute the coin displays to our wounded troops in the hospital. We are going to ship off the displays at the end of this month, we are giving some other folks a chance to get theirs in before the end of the month. I will be shipping the displays off the day of April 29th, so if there are any of you fine display builders left out there that intend on getting their displays included in this shipment, please have them in by April 28th.  The following displays are from our member Robert Downs, Vietnam Veteran and proud supporter of our network and The Wounded Warrior Project. Thanks again Robert for your wonderful displays, again Robert used our plans, and was able to squeeze in seven of these into a 15 dollar flat rate USPS box. If any of our newest members would like to jump in on this wonderful display of support for our wounded laid up from wounds they sustained while proudly protecting us from the bad guys in Iraq and Afghanistan, please go to The Military Challenge Coin Project and see how you too can help! Thanks guys and gals, John Morris The American Woodworker
April 14, 201115 yr Author Wonderful Robert! Excellent work! Am I seeing contrasting woods on those first two on top? They look superb, and I can't wait to get these off to our deserving troops. Great work Robert Robert M said: Â I have 3 more made John, with glue drying. Â Â
