We like to make ham pot pie that calls for home made noodles.  It also does a nice job removing the brine water from beef jerky.  See the "juice slide?"

While I don't make homemade noodles, my hubby does make jerky in the smoker and it's fantastic.  Will mention this to him.  Might be something he could use and want to build.  Thanks for the plans!
