Woodworkers are generally a proud bunch.  They like to say, "I made that myself."

Desining and building your own kichen cabinets fall into that category.  Here' s a design that will allow you to build the fixed shelf or the adjustable shelf ones.

 

The cabinet carcase design is pretty standard, but yet flexible enough to let you alter the trim of your cabinets.  Just think "square."

 

The design also lends itself to shop cabinets.  I made some using this design from BCX plywood and painted them a flat white to match the shop walls and ceiling.
