So while perusing Make: Online I stumbled across this post reviewing a tool to help us turners (and I presume others) easily find the center of the piece.  Having looked it over and seen the price ($3.65) how can I resist? Especially since my previous methods have never resulted in an accurate measurement.

Justin, I have had one for many years and like it a lot. They also make a similar one for rounding corners. It offers about 6 or 8 different raduis corner rounders. I like that too, keep me from looking for cans, coins, etc.

That would be extremely useful, I'm sure.
