Coming up later this year.    A Craftsman 6-1/8" Jointer.  A few pictures:Pretty, ain't it?   Early 80s/late 70s.   Needs a bit of clean up, don't you think?

Exactly like the one dad owned from the 70's through the 80's, I remember it well.

It should clean up fine. A razor blade and some elbow grease will take the rust off the tables in no time flat. Some new bearings and a belt and bob's your uncle!

Jointer has been "following" me around for over twenty years now.     Just time to "refresh" it, I guess.    Was getting a bit tired of the bad cuts it was making, so it went into semi-retirement, about two years ago.    My "assembly area" is on the floor behind it, so it has been a place to set parts and supplies.    Downloaded a manual last year for it, now IF I can just FIND the blasted thing....
