Featured Replies

Building a some play tables for a local physical therapists that works with kids.  I have donated my time for them so I decided to hand cut some of the joints.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks and sounds good John.  I definitely do need the practice.

Try a bunch of box joints Randall.

They'll help you get a little training towards dovetails!!

Not bad Randall! Funny you should say your making them for a therapist that works with kids, because this type of work is therapy in itself isn't it! Looking good sir, looking very nice.

Appreciate the kind words guys.  I agree with the therapy part.  It also makes me respect our woodworking forefathers even more.  Those guys doing most of their work by hand and did it with a level of efficiency that I can't imagine.
