Actually I have a question not an injury. I came across a Stanley Medical Dept. drill and was wondering if anybody new anything about them. I have found very little info. A little polish and some oil and it works great. Has a 1/4†Jacobs chuck. I found this picture on line thats about it.

VINTAGE ANTIQUE AESCULAP TRAUMATOLOGY HAND DRILL TOOL

I knew a retired doctor who collected tools like that. His grandfather was a doctor in the civil war and he had a lot of his stuff. Some pretty gruesome things as I recall. Most were some form of steel with ivory handles. Lots of amputation knives and saws. I am not a doctor, nor have I played one on tv, so I am interested in what you find. Grin.gif
