WOOD WORKING QUIZ for 18 JUNE 11 "a learning tool"

Featured Replies

Good morning Friends,

There are two types of wood used in a woodworkers lifetime. Can you think of what wood they might be?

Hard and soft?

I don't know but with some of the stuff I have had I am going with Wrapped and Twisted, (Sorry Rich).

I'll go with both of the above.

Since I had a first timers review of this quiz, I'll have to bow out. I know the answer. Thanks for being here Ralph and quizzing the forum!

Cradle wood and casket wood?

Ralph

First of thanks for the efforts and enjoyment. My answer would rough and finished. We all start out with wood that is in it's rough state and produce a product in it's finished state.

Good Morning Fellows,

The quiz I was looking for an answer that is as indicated would definitely be hardwood and soft wood.
