July 11, 201115 yr As we move forward on our downstairs 1/2 bath remodel we are now at a place where my wife and I are talking about things like towel holders and toilet paper holders and door coat hangers. We want to stay on the oiled bronze/copper end and there are a lot of items out there on "Google". But we decided that we want to go to a free standing toilet paper holder as opposed to a wall mount holder. I came across a few with the photo of the one below the closest so far, but it is more contemporary and we are working with a more Arts & Crafts/Craftman/Mission style. Â So has anyone made a free standing TP holder out of wood? Â
July 11, 201115 yr Hey Allen ours in my grade school just outside Council Bluffs, Iowa were not free standing but they were free laying. Usually they were laying off to one side and some times on both sides. We had two holers and most of the time the paper had either sears, wards or some other brand on the outside of the catalogs. Served muti purposes , reading and you can probably guess the other. Leo in AZ.
