Here's a method of attaching a mirror to a mirror frame without having to "drive" or "press" anything into wood.


The rubber clad washers can be found at Farm Supply houses, or Ace Hardware.  They were originally intended to fasten sheet metal panels to buildings.  The rubber cladding keeps out moisture.


But these work very well for this application.
