I am wanting to build a custom domino storage box all by hand tools. Anyone ever see any plans on this type of box. I know I can just layout the dominoes the way I want to stack them and draw the plans myself. If I do this, how much room should I leave in the box to line it with felt and have the dominoes fairly snug in the box.

I would leave an 1/8" or 3/16" in both directions.Make 2 sides and see how they fit. bob

I would say 1/8 should be sufficient. I agree with Bob. Make the bottom and two opposing sides and see if the fit is what you are looking for.
