Week ago I was in my garage/ shop making set of rollers for supporting long board for my Delta 6 inch  jointer.


In cutting a piece of board on the table saw, the part near the fence shot out and broke the glass on the overhead garage door.  Got a new piece of glass Friday and installed.  Been in this house almost 8 yrs and it the first time


had this happens.  Usually real cautious when using tools.  What I have not figured out yet is how the spring


clamp got broke.  Reason is it was not on the table saw.  39.gif

I've had pieces do that too, but never with that much force. Now, I usually use a push stick to move the pieces beyond the blade.
