September 1, 201114 yr  I just picked up this 1 1/3 hp router from Woodcraft. http://www.woodcraft.com/Product/2080240/35373/Triton-9-Amp-MidiPlunge-Router.aspx  After opening it up I found that it comes with an edge guide which isn't listed in the woodcraft listing. The router operates very well and unlike it's bigger brother (3 1/4 hp) it is very easy to operate freehand. For $99.00 I figured what the heck. After trying it out I think it's a very good buy at $179.00 but for $99.00 it's a steal. The Woodcraft offer is good untill Sept 24th. I have the 3 1/4 mounted in my table and am very pleased with it and I hope the new one works as well. The Midi router can be mounted in a table and also has the above table elevation adjustment as well as the above table bit replacement capabilitiy. Check it out it's great deal for someone looking for a small routed with the features of it's big brother.
