Sorry to be so slow to respond to this.  I didn't actually change a whole lot, but what I did change has made a huge difference in available space.  I moved the scroll saw, a work bench, lathe, and table and chairs to different locations. Will try to tidy up the shop this morning and post a few pictures.  :)  Appreciated all your help and great suggestions.
