October 12, 201114 yr Good Morning Friends,Some window glazers use some form of primer before they glaze the window. What would be the benefit for doing this to the sash first then come back with the glazing even if it is an old window?

October 13, 201114 yr Author Good morning Harry and Larry,You both are 100% correct for the use of the primer. I have a self sealing pot of Binn's primer cut with mineral spirits just for that reason and the nice thing is you don't have to wait for it to dry before applying the glazing.
