October 18, 201114 yr Good Morning Friends,Writing these quizzes makes one realize how fast the year is going by, it seems like only yesterday I was writing the first one of the month and preparing the home for the upcoming winter months, is this in an essence a form of home improvements?
October 18, 201114 yr Certain things you do to winterize your home could be considered as improvements.Such as replacing your single pane windows with double pane, inert gas ones.Upgrading insulation.Of course, these two examples are not "annual" activities, such as repair caulking and weather stripping. So, yes.Larry
October 19, 201114 yr Author Good Morning Larry,In most cases as you stated anything that you might do to the home that will help keep the weather out and warm air in is a form of improving the home. One does not need to add a room or paint the house for it to be considered a home improvement. Thanks Larry for your support.
