Good Morning Friends,

After framing a wall while laying on the platform deck it sometimes is rather hard to get hold of the wall to stand it erect. What method would you use that would make the gripping of said wall easier in order to raise it with enough help to do so?

 I just used the claw of my ripping hammer.   One swing, one "snag", pull up enough to get a scrap piece of stud under the plate.    Put hammer back in it's place,  get enough help to lift the wall, and carry on ( I'll be in the area all day).

Bingo for that is exactly the method I was looking for, once the wall is up and dry walled the claw marks will never be seen. 10-4 on getting enough help for a man is a fool try to handle a wall by himself especially if it is a long wall.
