I recall a few weeks ago that a gentleman had some templates for a child's rocking chair. I can't find the link or email and would appreciate any assistance in the correct direction.

Additionally I need to make a small table and two chairs for a 2 year old Neice. Any sharing of previous projects and especially info on the height would also help me out.

Here ya go Mike! A quick search in our Search box at the upper right hand corner of our site (thought i'd point that out to ya guys for future searches) turned up Allens Rocking Chair Templates!  I just punched in "rocking chair templates" and bam!
