November 20, 201114 yr Author I made a quick jig to hold the blanks in the same orientation for each cut. Raise the blade to cut thru about 1/4 to 1/3 of the blank. The two large blocks on the jig were added after I made this last batch so there is no saw cut thru them, yet.
