Last week I ordered the Makita MAC2400 air compressor and it came in yesterday. This is one nice compressor. It's compact, well built and heavy. It has a fast recovery time and is perfect for use with a nail gun or two. The best feature is that it's the quietest compressor I've ever used. John Moody recommended it to me and I'm glad he did. Thanks John I couldn't be happier.

Ditto on the Makita quality. Don't have their compressor but their other stuff is top notch.

One of the couple Makita tools I still own and it has been great.


Just a little on the heavy side though.

Nice Mike, very nice man! Looks like a great lil gun runner. How do you think it would do with spray finishing?
