OK folks here is what I got. Larry Buskirk thanks for looking at this and anyone else who might take a stab at it.

Here is the switch with wires. There are absolutely no markings on the switch telling me what wire goes where.

This next pic is a shot of what I believe to be a solenoid? And the small wire leads in yellow coming out of the top of the motor connect to this.

John,

What you refer to as a solenoid, is your start capacitor,  I'll need a better view of the wiring  box to see the connections. But as it looks now, the black cord would get a plug, and the two red wires would go to your switch. But please give me a better view of the inside of the wiring box to make sure.

Regards,

Larry

Larry, here a couple shots of the inside of the wire box, it is really crowded so I took multiple shots. I don't know if your going to be able to determine anything by this but I gave it my best shot.

Here is a quandary I have. There are three units of wires coming out of the box, you'll see in the following pic.

ning-dsc00744-37409-38.jpg?width=721The black chord on the left is currently attached to a 110 plug. The two reds we addressed, and the black on the right house the three wires black green and white you see in the other pics.
