December 20, 201114 yr  Now that the computer is back on-line again, maybe I can post a few pictures about this little Toy Box. sanded down, handplaned down, and stained to what the customer wanted. Sorry Ralph, no bread board edges this time. A look inside this little box: Nice old oak grain.  A "detail" of the corner joints. And, a look at that top:Just five old boards, glued up into a panel. All that is left, is to varnish this box, and deliver it Saturday. 'and may the road raise up to meet ye'
December 21, 201114 yr Very cool toy box Steve. Nice rescue of the old lumber. You saved it from the landfil and made an heirloom with it. Nice corner detail. That should be a strong joint for years to come.John MoodyJohn Moody Woodworkshttp://www.johnmoodywoodworks.com
