ok this discussion is basically to show all those that are trying to help me with fixing the band saw what exactly it is that the band saw is doing.

Dog legs the first 16th of an inch is straight then it basically goes from there into a 45 degree angle to the line. I also notice that no matter what I cut the blade vibrates a lot and always has, no matter what I do to the blade tension.

And bows

this is a 2" x 2 7/16" piece of maple that I cut off the main piece of 2 1/2x 5x 16 piece of maple and you can see how drastic the bowing is in the blade when being cut.

 I'm sort of  kind of pretty certain your issues are: Blade tension, tooth geometry,  and TPI  and they are working against you.

Most Modern resaw blades  can be tensioned quite high.  I keep mine at 20 - 25 Thousand Pounds.

Find out where your  tension limits are for the blades and the saw you have and  use the greatest tension you possibly can.

 TPI and tooth geometry will always be  issues. For resawing,  I use a 1.3 and a 2 TPI Lennox carbide woodmaster. 

The woodmaster has very deep gullets that prevent the  blade from becoming loaded with sawdust and over heating g or causing the blade to wander.

you might have a guide adjustment problem. The guides should be about as close to the blade as the thickness of a piece of paper. Closer if you can get it.
