March 7, 201214 yr Walker Turner had an insidious habit of using odd sized bearings in some machines. Â This company can help you out with some of the special WT requirements. Â I suggest trying Accurate Bearing first to see if they can provide the size you need. Â Walker Turner Serviced Machinery, LLCPO Box 666Coventry, CT Â 06238wtsmllc@juno.com
March 7, 201214 yr Ray, Delta was also guilty of using what are now days odd size bearings in some machines. I suppose most of the machine makers were. What was a common size back then, is no longer so.   Larry OWWM Forum Host Ray Van Haecke (ravan) said: Walker Turner had an insidious habit of using odd sized bearings in some machines.  This company can help you out with some of the special WT requirements.  I suggest trying Accurate Bearing first to see if they can provide the size you need.  Walker Turner Serviced Machinery, LLC PO Box 666 Coventry, CT  06238 wtsmllc@juno.com
March 8, 201214 yr Using odd sized parts used to be common with a lot of manufacturers, it's a good way to keep you buying parts from them. Catapiller used to be notorius for this right down to things like o-rings even. GregScroll Saw forum hosthttp://www.thesawdustfactory.net/
