January 28, 201214 yr Genenot sure just what happens. Was posting and lost it. What I posted was asking if this guy has a web site ?ThanksWayne EWayne E
January 29, 201214 yr Author Wayne,I don't think so. He's a member of the Woodworking Talk forum. I pulled up his particulars looking for a web site and didn't find one. His screen name is scoffey. Here is a a link to a couple of his projects made from a painting. scoffeyI bought the "Sugar Skull" pattern that you see towards the end of the thread. Unlike other's plans, he only supplies what you see in the post. No hints about thicknesses, types of wood, colors, shaping, etc. A lot of the fun, for me anyway, is figuring those things out for myself.Gene'The true soldier fights not because he hates what is in front of him, but because he loves what is behind him.' January 30, 201214 yr GeneI agree, half the fun is doing it on the fly so to speak. Figuring out the wood and and the details. I will have to check him out. Thanks.Wayne MahlerGod bless and protect our troops that serve so we can be free.
