Do any of you folks have the link to a website that had a free downloadable waving U.S. flag intarsia pattern? The same PDF file had a Canadian flag with it. I had it downloaded on my computer but lost it when my computer died last saturday before I could backup my files. My scroll saw is being delivered today and that was to be my first project.

Mike were you looking for the one Mark uses as an avatar?

If so that one was in a February 2002 issue of Wood Magazine. I didn't see a Canadian flag listed with it though.

No John, it is not a free pattern. You would have to buy that magazine to get it. I wish they would post free patterns like this for folks to get though. I have that pattern, I also somewhere in my archives have the one Mike is looking for, if I could find it I would send it up.

I was wrong about it NOT being a free down load. I do apologize for my error. Although I believe this to be a different plan ( with Canadian flag ) and not the one published in the mag. Either way here is the direct link for the plan.
