February 26, 201214 yr Author comment_33422 I need to fashion a stop, like on most stationary belt sanders. It will work well for cutting boards, large panels and etc. On my Stockroom Supply "V" Sander, a couple fences are set at 90* across the drum and rollers are attached to them. Like an opposing set of "Board Buddies". It works somewhat like a thicknesser, then.  The same set up would be possible on this thing. I'll be playing with it for a while before it becomes a more useful machine. I'm open to any and all suggestions!!!! Hey, with the belts, I'll have a whopping $70.00 invested.
