February 29, 201214 yr  Once in a while I wander off the beaten path because a deal is too good to pas sup. I wanted a small high intensity little spot light for my Aggazani B-20. I wanted a little circle of light I could direct exactly on the cut with no shadows form all the clutter around the saw. I stumbled here: http://www.cellbuz.com/B00166DXO2/M/B00166DXO2.htm There is like no way to search for this using their own search engine. They don't have it classified very well.  But it's less than $5.00 with shipping for about the same.  But they are an Amazon dealer so~ ~ ~ So for $9.85 I got it shipped. Elsewhere it is like $20.00 without shipping. Three AAA batteries and it's got a rare earth Magnet in the base that I was unaware of. I'm tickled pink~!! Here is is in situ: See I told ya. Easily amused.

March 4, 201214 yr Author I wish it ran off dc current, I'd love to have it on my lathe in place of the worthless light that's on it now. It does. Three AA batteries product a lousy 4.5 volts DC All you need is a charger from an old phone that you can put a resister on to drop it to the correct voltage. you can probably run the thing on 5 volts straight off the charger leads and seal off the others. But a verry cheap resister will drop that to 4.5 I'm guessing a half ohm resistor soldered to the hot lead. will do Radio shack But as a lathe light I think it'd disappoint because it is so highly focused. Lots of light in a very small circle
