It is our pleasure to announce that Gene Howe will be hosting the Woodworking Forum here on The Patriot Woodworker.


Gene has been with us since May 31st of 2010. Jeeeeezz, has it been that long already Gene! He has seen our site go through a few transformations, and through it all Gene has kept coming back time and time again to give advice, lend an ear, and to encourage the members of The Patriot Woodworker.


We felt it was time to give our Woodworking Forum a pilot. We know Gene will take this forum in a positive direction and we are excited to watch what he does with it.


Thank you Gene for answering the call. As we always tell our new forum hosts, they are taking on the job not for us, but for or our members, and our troops.


So without further adieu, lets give Gene a hearty welcome and wish him the best during his time as the Woodworking Forum Host.


By the way Gene, we are going to have to strip you of your Master Carpenter status and assign your official role as Woodworking Host to you.Grin.gif

As I told John when he asked me to be a forum host, I'm just a self taught hack. If there is one area of woodwork I specialize in it's turning perfectly good wood into scraps.
