April 16, 201214 yr Yep I'm running late with this today. Hopefully everybody had a great weekend. Sat. I checked out another farmers market, in the town I work in. It shows some promise, they have several craft vendors there that have been there for a couple years now, which says something in itself. It's a Saturday morning market too, which works good for me. They have an application process, and need to see some of your actual work, instead of just looking at photos. I cut some playing card puzzles, I've been working on some of Sheila Landry's animal tracks patterns, and cut a praying hands cross. Now I need to get a finish all all this stuff. Oh yea I cut a collapsible basket too, not real happy with the way it turned out, but I'll get a finish on it an post a pic later. Speaking of pictures I didn't get around to shooting any, but stay tuned, you never know what I might add during the week  . Anybody else got any projects too share? Greg Scroll Saw forum hosthttp://www.thesawdustfactory.net/

April 16, 201214 yr Author Fred, looks like a place like that could keep a person busy. It looks great, it takes some dedicated people to maintain historic places like that.GregScroll Saw forum hosthttp://www.thesawdustfactory.net/

April 17, 201214 yr Author Lew, I missed the sticky buns, which is a good thing for us diabetics !!! But there was a local bee keeper that had anything and everything that could bee made from honey ! all the produce sold here is locally grown, within 3 counties, a lot of it organically grown too. Another vendor has stone ground grits, corn meal and flour. Good stuff. The craft vendors are all local too, and they are adamant about everything being sold being handmade items.
