I'm not sure where I saw it, or who posted it but someone posted a small sign or plaque which had scissors in it and the name of the beautician, and/or some kind of a saying incorporated into the plaque.    Does anyone remember this post?  

Any help in locating this pattern would be appreciated

Try this site SQ http://scrollsawworkshop.blogspot.com/ It seems to me that I saw one for a barber shop with scissors in the archives. If your not a member all you do is register and you have access to download patterns from the free pattern archive. Registration is free. I don't know if you've seen this site but it's a great site with lots of projects, tutorials and helpful tips and videos.
