May 18, 201214 yr Well, I have still not been able to get to do any woodworking stuff since my pneumonia a few weeks back. I have healed up fine, but I keep getting other stuff that gets in the way. Saturday morning Tami and I will be going down to a fundraiser Walk/Run for Melanoma to support a very old and dear friend as her husband passed away almost 2 years ago from Melanoma. After that we will be going to a funeral of another old friend we used to go to church with who passed away this week after a 5 year battle with melanoma. But the good thing is that we will be able to catch up with a lot of old friends. I also have to do a bit of drywall work to finish off around a door that goes from our master bedroom out to the balcony. I removed a window and put the door in a few years ago but never finished up the drywall as we were planning on doing some more work in the master bedroom. But other more import an projects kept getting in the way. Well, we had an appraisal done on our house as we are refinancing our mortgage to a lower rate and shorter term which is a good thing. But for some reason the appraiser put a photo in the report of the door with the unfinished drywall around it and noted that it was a renovation in progress. The bank underwriter saw the photo and made it a condition of accepting the appraised value that the drywall must be completed. So while it is not a difficult job, it is just really annoying that I have to do it now. Allen WorshamCorona, CAallenworsham@earthlink.nethttp://www.awcreationsandwoodcrafts.com'Graze in every man's field, but always give your own milk' J.
