May 28, 201214 yr I hope everybody is having a great Memorial Day. Take a moment to remember what this day is really all about. We've been getting rain most of yesterday and it looks like more today, which is a blessing, since it has been so dry around here. I go a few things cut this past week. Enjoy the pics. 1/2" red oak w/ 1/8" baltic birch backer 1/4" cedar walnut paduck Pattern by Sue Mey Cherry pine cherry GregScroll Saw forum hosthttp://www.thesawdustfactoryga.com/
May 29, 201214 yr That first photo looks like what I have on my bench. Still have to "tweak" it a little and then I can finish it up.Playing with the scroll saw some over the weekend, finding out some problems I "had" with it. My wife has a thing for butterflies so I've been making a few of them while I figure out the saw.Harry BrinkBulldog WoodworkingMontana

May 30, 201214 yr Author Hey first thanks for the compliments everybody  secondly take a close look at that alphabet pattern, by the letter Q there are 2 small pieces that will be a choking hazard. I post a closer pic of mine so you can see how I eliminated it, it will probably be tomorrow. GregScroll Saw forum hosthttp://www.thesawdustfactoryga.com/
