June 7, 201214 yr I receive emails from Mathis Wandel- http://woodgears.ca/. He is undoubtedly one of the most ingenious designers in wood that I have ever seen. He also is not selfish with his knowledge or web space. Here is a link to a post he has (from another author) on making an "Inside Circle Sanding" jig. I'll probably never make wooden gears but the jig is intriguing!! Lew Kauffman-Wood Turners Forum HostTime traveler. Purveyor of the world's finest custom rolling pins!
