I receive emails from Mathis Wandel- http://woodgears.ca/. He is undoubtedly one of the most ingenious designers in wood that I have ever seen. He also is not selfish with his knowledge or web space. 

Here is a link to a post he has (from another author) on making an "Inside Circle Sanding" jig. I'll probably never make wooden gears but the jig is intriguing!!

Now that is one cool jig. I wish I had the time and patience to spend on a jig like that. It seems I am always in a rush. Maybe I need to slow down and take a breath!
