I'm pumping these things out pretty fast.  got a slightly bette sanding system going but just by a little.  Hoping some sell at my next show and I can by a top of the line sanding system.  Need it for several things anyway and I try to always get the best I can afford.  Anyway here are my 3 latest.

ning-pegasus-28404-32.jpg?width=750Pegasus.   100 year old cyprus for the mane and tail.  Maple for wings. Poplar body, cherry hooves, walnut nostril, Peroba Roas for the inner ear.  I used some truestone from a pen blank for the blue eye.

ning-crossrose-28404-1.jpgRose and Cross.  The Cross is make from Cherry and Walnut.  The rose is Aspen and Green poplar.  Many people do red roses but I have always loved the white rose more.

ning-daboss-28404-26.jpgThis is my body guard AL.  Say hello to my little friend.

Suit is Cedar, shoes are Brazilian Cherry (Jokaba) with aspen accents.

The tommy gun is walnut and red oak.

Hat Red oak with Purple heart.

His tie Purple heart and cyprus

Shirt and teeth are Aspen.

Skin Maple,

Eyes Peroba Rose

Cigar Cherry

Ash is Paduk

Joe, all three are great, but I love your bodyguard Grin.gif. Who's patterns are these ? Also what kind of sanding system are you looking to get?

Outstanding work. Really like all 3. But #2 holds a special place for me. I have to ask the same question as Greg. Who's patterns are they? Sanding systems can get very expensive. Wish you the best in your search for your next system. Keep us posted on the results.

Joe those are fantastic!!

I really like them all, but the body guard is my favorite.

Keep them coming and hope you get the sanding system you want. Tell us about it when you choose one.

Thank you all for the comments. I have already got several more in the works. Trying to get a dozen or more before the end of the month for a show. I got the Pegasus pattern from a nice gent in the UK named Danny Van Wattingen. you can get it and several other patterns at this link.....

http://www.intarsia.co.uk/

The good side is he e-mails them to you so you dont have to wait. the down side is most of his patterns do not have any directions. they are just the pattern. You have to decide what should be raised and the grain direction but if I was able to figure that out with in a week so can anyone. He also took a couple patterns and mixed them together to create the Cross Rose Its not on his site but I asked and he said e-mail him and he will take care of you.

Several other of my pattern I got at
http://www.intarsiadesigns.com/

soem neat pattern from verious designers. Again downloadable with instructions. What I love about this site is so far ever pattern I have bought comes with an exploded version either optional or with the pattern. So only need to make 1 copy and all your pieces are ready. rather than 10 copies of the pattern and cut each out. Down side here is if it doesnt already come with the exploded version, and you buy it instead you get a small example of the pattern so you dont have a pattern to line it up on. just a guide. easy to do for the most part but if you have the pattern below you can be sure you dont miss anything.

Hello....

Lovely photo's....but may i correct you on one small detail....all of my patterns that is sell have directions on them.....And the "Rose with the Cross" pattern has yet to be put online...must do it soon....But if people are interested in it than please email me and we work it out.

And thank you for promoting my sites...
