June 13, 201214 yr This looks like a quick project to perhaps expand your craft show inventory- Spent this week preparing some maple rolling pin blanks. Found some cherry when cleaning up the wood rack so these rolling pins will have walnut and cherry inserts. A friend had a request for a counter top holder for the rolling pin while in use- to keep it from rolling around/off the counter. This one is in a scrap piece of cedar. The next ones will be in a wood used for the rolling pins. No lathe work. Safe Turning-- Lew Kauffman- Wood Turners Forum Host Time traveler. Purveyor of the world's finest custom rolling pins!
