June 17, 201214 yr  Did a little shopping after work, saturday morning.   The local Village was having a town wide Yard Sale Day.    Saw a few items I would have liked to buy, but.......No cash, well, about $20 in my pocket.    Stopped at one house, and the Boss bought some chairs for the back porch.  $10 gone... Stopped at another house, old timer there had some old toys, er, tools.    Picked up a pair of smaller Block Planes @ $3 ea.   Bottom one uses an Allen wrench to tighten the cap.  At least these two have knobs... Found a box on his table of tools, said $.25 each.   Picked up a wood handled flat bladed screwdriver. Had fluted sides in it's red handle.  I also picked up a set as wellThey were $.25 each.   A better look at the two( without the planes in the way)Just need to learn what a saw jointer does, and how to use this thing.    While digging around in this cardboard box of Cheapies, found another screwdriver.    Lots of metal to it, BIG red wooden handle. NO RUST on it, none.  Something strange about this one, though, it can grow even longer.Closed up, and locked in place. Looks like something was chewing on the handle.  And the "money shot A Miller's Falls 61A "Yankee" screwdriver.   Made in Greenfield, MASS. no less.   For $0.25???? 'and may the road raise up to meet ye'
