Here's another week, hope everybody had an enjoyable and productive weekend. Wow the months almost over, seems like it's been a long one. Sat. we were at the farmers market again, it was pretty slow too, 95 degrees and 100% humidity tend to keep people inside. Joe Adams posted some new intarsia he finished last week if you haven't seen it, check it out  http://www.thepatriotwoodworker.com/forum/topics/couple-more-intarsia . Fred Wilson, what've you been up too ?  If anybody else has anything neat going on let us know about it.

Welllllllllll, Greg, I have been getting ready for a new show this coming weekend.  My wife sold all of the maps I had in stock so I have been working on restocking.  Also got a couple of special orders that folks want.

Actually had to crank up the air conditioner in the shop this weekend.  I don't mind working in the heat - but - 90 degrees in the shop tends to make one's mind wander.

burning up here one good thing saving gas on not cutting the lawn, there's no need it makes crunchy noises when you walk on it. Still slowly working on the banjo. It's starting to look like a Banjo now. still ha ve a ways to go.

Greg it is and has been hot here also. I did a show this past weekend, three days sitting out in the 98, 98 and 100+ degree heat. People walking by were so hot they would hardly stop to even look. I did do fairly well though so I am thankful. I could have rained the whole time and I wouldn't have sold anything.

Re-doing an Island top I made back in the fall. They put a hot dish down on the top and caused it to bubble. I got it sanded down when I got in Sunday and put the first coat of Enduro Var on it last night. I have got to have it installed by Wednesday night as they are having a wedding in this house on Friday night. I just love tight deadlines. Hope I don't get a run in the finish.

With Debby blowing through there has been a nice breeze. Glad the rain seems to have stopped we were an island for awhile a couple days back.

Plan on getting the kiln back up and running this week.

Hey Robert you can send some of that rain up here to Indiana, The rivers so low we had to move the fish to the local swimming pool to save them.
