July 29, 201214 yr comment_26135 Hot off the lathe today is a Bullet pen from PSI finished with Black Walnut with CA glue for finish coats. At first, when I got the kit out of the bag and worked the bolt I thought that it was going to be a problem due to it flopping like a fish and not looking like it had enough of a recess to keep the bolt in the closed position (pen open for use) Much to my surprise though the bolt was rather strong after its all put together and should not be an issue. July 30, 201214 yr Author comment_26136 Thanks all I am making a total of three, all will be in Black Walnut since i don't have any Camo blanks, and 2 will be going to one of our forum members, but since the forum member may have family that reads this post, i will refrain from saying who they are going to specifically because they are meant as gifts to the family. The next one will be different looking because it will be done in curly, or twisted Black Walnut Report
