Winter Has Arrived in Indiana

Featured Replies

My winter project is making all new oak raised panel cabinets for my wife. After looking at the size of the project I figured I better get a jump on things so it looks like winter has arrived in the heartland. I have three RP doors in clamps right now so 3 down and 23 to go.   The project keeps getting bigger and more costly.  I found out  Wednesday that Mama wants a new refrigerator (so the cabinet above the fridge gets remade) the and she wants a microwave above the stove (that cabinet also has to be redone.)  Oh well, she's paying the bill.  I'll keep a running blog on the project.

By the way, its 95 degrees here.  Some winter, huh?

Russ, that's going to be the key because my intent is to reface the old cabinets and doing it in a timely manner.  I don't want the project to drag on forever.

Larry I am not sure he hasn't made a sneak trip back to the wood stash. I though I got his GPS cleared.
