I frequent a hardwood lumber company in my area here in Riverside CA called Reel Lumber. And the big honcho on site is Tom. A great guy, always helpful and runs a clean ship at Reel Lumber. Not to mention, their inventory is spectacular! They have lumber stores here in Southern CA, here is their website.

Tom recognized me as I walked in after work today as he always does, a big smile and ready to help. I walked up to him at the front desk with my stack of Wood Turners Contest Flyers in hand to ask if he'd lay the stack on the front counter for folks to pick up.

After reading the flyer and listening to me go through my Homes For Our Troops speech, without hesitation he said he'd put em up for all to see, and he'd go one step further, he'd plasticize one flyer and pin it up on the bulletin board too. He was very interested in our efforts here and he said he'd also pass em out to a woodworking group that meets monthly in his lumber store.

So with that, I hereby declare that Tom and his A-1 staff of Reel Lumber Service are True Patriots!

Yup!

Reel is a great place with very nice folks. Every time I go in there my name is remembered. I kind of feel like "Norm" on the show "Cheers". They are the best place around in the Riverside area for good hardwoods and sheet goods.
