September 20, 201213 yr  Got a small box in the mail today.  Opened up to a rusty plane.   A #130 lookalike by Fulton.  Send most of these parts off to soak in the Witch's brew.   Iron needed and still needs a lot of work.   Been sitting in the plane so long, it has bowed up.    I can get some of it sharp, just not all the way across.  Bolt has severely rusted in place, and snapped off, just above the boss.  Might be enough to grab onto...a little chip missing.  yep, a bit of a soak, today.   spent some time at the doctor's office, came back and shined a few things up..still a might rusty inside, need to get a wheel for the dremel.   Brass bolt? Hey, it is my plane, ok...side view, as a bull nose plane, andA regular block plane.   Curls are from a test drive. Planed an edge of some poplar.  Maybe tomorrow I'll get the rest done.   Have to go pick up a #6 handplane as well.   Sign on pick up truck's back window..:' Save a Horse, ride a Cowboy'
