These are the two planes a Mailman brought to my doorstep a few days ago;ning-sdc13502-23338-46.jpg?width=750this is the "Before" and now for the "After" shotsning-sdc13528-23338-27.jpg?width=750Cleaned up, black paint restored, and BLO on the non-painted handles.   One more look?ning-sdc13527-23338-55.jpg?width=750A "SAVAGE #6" ( made by Ohio Tool Co.)   and a Sargent #110 sized Block plane.   BLO costs almost as much as these two planes did.

Forgot the "Money Shots".    Took both of these out to the Poplar Test Track:ning-sdc13529-23340-57.jpg?width=721the #6 at work on the edge grain.   For some reason, the curls spin to the Left.    Must be a Liberial Planening-sdc13532-23340-92.jpg?width=721And the Red-nosed Block plane.   Doing some "Face time".     I think this MIGHT be a Sargent made plane.    Again with them left leaning curls.
