October 2, 201213 yr Sorry Woodcraft you've fallen down on the job! For weeks now I've heard of the new Liberty Pen & Pencil kit & bushings (154511, 154512 , & 154513) being sold by Woodcraft and yesterday I received my WC catalog with these kits & bushings listed as new product however when I go to the website looking for the kit there is no mention of the kit and when I go to the search feature (which sucks) I type in the item number and receive the notice that there is no item found. WTH! If your going to release a catalog with items listed then by golly put it on your website or don't put it in your catalog.  This isn't the first time this has happened with other items. Another problem that seems to be occurring is when I visit my local WC store the people know very little about whats in the catalog / website Vs what is in the store and then the skill and knowledge level of the people in the store is very lacking. I normally have high praise for WC but until these issues are corrected I'll be looking at other sources that are looking for revenue.www.thepatriotwoodworker.com Proud Supporter of Homes For Our Troops
