October 6, 201213 yr When I finally return to the state of retirement, I'd like to try the cutting board finish of bees wax and mineral oil.Those of you that use this finish, do you use unscented bees wax?. October 6, 201213 yr I wouldn't use the scented stuff and in fact I think I'd use paraffin. Somewhere I read that bees wax pose problems. If you go to this site and he gives different finishes and the pros and cons of each.
