Desperately Seeking Thin Wood wow! The responses have been so great, that I have an idea. How about " desperately seeking free wood"

All kidding aside, I am happy to see such a great response to that posting. If you have never visited other woodworking sites and started here, you will find that this place is  easy to like. There are so many negatives posts elsewhere that I don't feel comfortable adding my picture or experience. Here I feel comfortable if I contribute or not. Are they seeking your money? Not really, but if you feel that you can contribute your skills, not money, to help our wounded warriors, You have an opportunity.  You can build a "coin display" or woodturning to help our troops.  Or you can just be a supporter of our troops.  If you want more info, click on the woodworking forum subject that you enjoy. Enter a forum and introduce yourself. It is that easy.

 

Ron, I lbelieve you have defined TPW well.  I've never been on any site where the "troops" come together so freely and there is so much transparency.  Great observation.
