October 18, 201213 yr Just got the latest issue of shop notes Vol 21 Issue 126. In it there are plans for a jig that makes your lathe a horizontal drill press (sort of) and there is a good article with plans for a shop built belt sander. I'm not always a fan of the projects in Shop Notes but this issue has some winners.

October 19, 201213 yr I got my copy yesterday also Mike and I agree those were some great articles. I just have a few minutes before I went to the shop to flip through it so I haven't read them yet it they sure looked interesting. I did pause for a few minutes on the drill press attachment for the lathe.May have to try out one of two of those.John MoodySite AdministratorJohn Moody Woodworkshttp://www.johnmoodywoodworks.com
